Refund policy

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Only unused, unopened standard-stock items may be eligible for return with prior authorization. Custom cable assemblies, special-order items, and cut-to-length products are non-refundable.

Customers must contact ConnectoCore at customerservice@connectocore.com to request return authorization before sending any items back.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
